ا لحاكِمُ الَّذِي يَحكُمُ بِدُونِ فَهْمٍ هُوَ ظالِمٌ، أمّا الَّذِي يَكرَهُ النَّهبَ فَسَيَحكُمُ لِوَقتٍ طَوِيلٍ.

A ruler who lacks understanding is a great oppressor, but he who hates covetousness and unjust gain shall prolong his days.
