إ ذا وَجَدتَ عَسَلاً، فَكُلْ ما تَحتاجُهُ فَقَط، وَإلّا سَتَمتَلِئُ مَعِدَتُكَ وَتَتَقَيَّؤُهُ.

Hast thou found honey? eat so much as is sufficient for thee, lest thou be filled therewith, and vomit it.
