ﺃﻣﺜﺎﻝ 16:4 ~ Proverbs 16:4

ا للهُ صَنَعَ كُلَّ شَيءٍ لِهَدَفٍ، فَحَتَّى الأشرارُ صَنَعَهُمْ لِليَومِ الشِّرِّيرِ.

Jehovah hath wrought everything on his own account, yea, even the wicked for the day of evil.
