ا لصَّبُورُ خَيرٌ مِنَ الجَبّارِ، وَضابِطُ نَفْسِهِ خَيرٌ مِمَّنْ يَحكُمُ مَدِينَةً.

He who is slow to anger is better than the powerful. And he who rules his spirit is better than he who takes a city.
