ا لابنُ الحَكِيمُ يَستَمِعُ إلَى تَعلِيمِ أبِيهِ، أمّا المُسْتَهْزئُ فَلا يَستَمِعُ إلَى التَّأدِيبِ.

A wise son heeds his father’s instruction, But a scoffer does not listen to rebuke.
