خ َيرٌ لَكَ أنْ لا تَكُونَ مُهِمّاً وَتَملِكُ عَبداً، مِنْ أنْ تَدَّعِيَ الأَهَمِّيَةَ وَلَيسَ عِندَكَ طَعامٌ.

He that is despised, and hath a servant, is better than he that honoureth himself, and lacketh bread.
