ﺍﻟﺨﺮﻭﺝ 39:31 ~ Exodus 39:31

و َرَبَطُوا بِها خَيطاً أزرَقَ لِوَضعِها عَلَى العِمامَةِ، كَما أمَرَ اللهُ مُوسَى. اكتِمالُ الخَيمَة

They tied to it a lace of blue, to fasten it on the turban above, as Yahweh commanded Moses.
