ف َإنْ لَمْ يُقبَضْ عَلَى اللِّصِّ، يَقِفُ صاحِبُ البَيتِ أمامَ القُضاةِ لِمَعْرِفَةِ إنْ كانَ هُوَ قَدْ سَرَقَ جارَهُ.

But if the thief is not found, the house owner shall appear before God to find whether he stole his neighbor’s goods.
