ف َإنْ نَهَضَ وَسارَ فِي الخارِجِ عَلَى عَصاهُ، فَإنَّ الضّارِبَ سَيَتَبَرَّأُ، لَكِنَّهُ يُعَوِّضَهُ عَنِ الوَقتِ الَّذِي يَتَعافَى الرَّجُلُ المَضرُوبُ فِيهِ، وَيَدْفَعُ تَكالِيفَ عِلاجِ الرَّجُلِ.
—if he rise, and walk abroad upon his staff, then shall he that struck be guiltless; only he shall pay the loss of his time, and shall cause to be thoroughly healed.
