ﺍﻟﺨﺮﻭﺝ 19:15 ~ Exodus 19:15

و َقالَ مُوسَى لِلشَّعبِ: «كُونُوا مُستَعِدِّينَ لِأجلِ اليَومِ الثّالِثِ، وَلا تُعَاشِرُوا نِسَاءَكُمْ حَتَّى ذَلِكَ الحِينِ.»

And he said to the people, Be ready by the day after tomorrow; do not go near a woman.
