ف اختارَ رِجالاً شُرَفاءَ مِنْ كُلِّ بَنِي إسْرائِيلَ، وَعَيَّنَهُمْ قادَةً لِلشَّعبِ، رُؤَساءَ أُلُوفٍ وَمِئاتٍ وَخَماسِينَ وَعَشَراتٍ.
