و َسَمَّى بَنو إسْرائِيلَ ذَلِكَ الطَّعامَ «مَنَّ.» وَهُوَ يُشبِهُ بُذُورَ الكُزبَرَةِ، وَلَونُهُ أبْيَضُ، وَطَعمُهُ كَكَعكٍ بِالعَسَلِ.
And the house of Israel called its name Manna; and it was like coriander-seed, white; and the taste of it was like cake with honey.
