ﺍﻟﺨﺮﻭﺝ 12:42 ~ Exodus 12:42

ك انَتْ لَيلَةً سَهِرَ اللهُ فِيها عَلَى بَنِي إسْرائِيلَ لِيُخرِجَهُمْ مِنْ أرْضِ مِصرَ، وَلِذا عَلَى بَنِي إسْرائِيلَ أنْ يُخَصِّصُوا «لَيلَةَ سَهَرٍ» للهِ ، لِيَتَذَكَّرُوا إلَى الأبَدِ ما عَمِلَهُ.

It is a night of solemn observance to the Lord for bringing them out of the land of Egypt. This is that night of the Lord, a solemn observance for all the children of Israel throughout their generations. Passover Regulations
