ل ا يَتَكَلَّمُونَ عَنِ السَّلامِ، وَهُمْ يَتَآمَرُونَ وَيَبتَكِرُونَ شُرُوراً ضِدَّ شَعبِ هَذِهِ الأرْضِ.

For they do not speak peace, but they devise deceitful matters against those who are quiet in the land.
