ف َغَضِبَ اللهُ عَلَى شَعبِهِ، وَبَدَأ يَشمَئِزُّ مِنَ الَّذِينَ كانُوا لَهُ.

Therefore was the wrath of the Lord kindled against his people, insomuch that he abhorred his own inheritance.
