ا لأرْضُ مَوضُوعَةٌ تَحتَ سُلطَةِ الأشرارِ، وَقَدْ حَجَبَ اللهُ الحَقَّ عَنِ القُضاةِ. إنْ لَمْ يَكُنِ اللهُ وَراءَ هَذِهِ الأمُورِ، فَمَن إذاً؟

The earth is given over into the hand of the wicked; he covereth the faces of its judges. If not, who then is it?
