ي َقبِضُ عَلَى البَرْقِ بِيَدِهِ، وَيَأمُرُهُ لِكَي يُصِيبَ هَدَفَهُ.

With clouds he covereth the light; and commandeth it not to shine by the cloud that cometh betwixt.
