ف َمَنِ الَّذِي أوْكَلَهُ عَلَى الأرْضِ؟ وَمَن عَيَّنَهُ عَلَى كُلِّ الكَوْنِ؟

Who gave Him charge over the earth? Or who appointed Him over the whole world?
