و َكَما تَتَآكَلُ الحِجارَةُ بِالماءِ، وَتَغسِلُ السُّيُولُ تُرابَ الأرْضِ، هَكَذا تُدَمِّرُ يا اللهُ رَجاءَ الإنسانِ الفانِي.

Water wears away the stones. Its floods wash away the dust of the earth. So You destroy man’s hope.
