ﺃﻳﻮﺏ 12:15 ~ Job 12:15

إ ذا حَجَزَ المَطَرَ، يَجِفُّ كُلَّ شَيءٍ، وَإذا أرْسَلَهُ، فَإنَّهُ يَغمُرُ الأرْضَ.

Behold, he withholds the waters, and they dry up. Again, he sends them out, and they overturn the earth.
