و َيَطلُبُ مِنهُمْ فِي رَسائِلِهِ أنْ يَحتَفِلُوا سَنَوِيّاً فِي اليَومِ الرّابِعَ عَشَرَ وَاليَومِ الخامِسَ عَشَرَ مِنْ شَهْرِ آذارَ.
