ف َخَرَجَ هَتاخُ إلَى مُرْدَخايَ فِي ساحَةِ المَدِينَةِ المُقابِلَةِ لِبَوّابَةِ المَلِكِ.

So Hathach went out to Mordecai in the open square of the city, which was in front of the king’s gate.
