ﺃﺳﺘﻴﺮ 1:16 ~ Esther 1:16

ف َقالَ مَمُوكانُ للمَلِكِ وَللمَسْؤولِينَ: «لَمْ تُخطِئِ المَلِكَةُ وَشتِي إلَى المَلِكِ وَحْدَهُ، بَلْ إلَى كُلِّ المَسؤولِينَ وَجَمِيعِ النّاسِ الَّذينَ يَعِيشُونَ فِي بِلادِ المَلِكِ أحَشْوِيرُوشَ.

And Memucan saith before the king and the heads, `Not against the king by himself hath Vashti the queen done perversely, but against all the heads, and against all the peoples that in all provinces of the king Ahasuerus;
