ف َأرسَلْتُ رِسالَةً إلَيهِ قُلْتُ فِيها: «لَمْ يَحدُثْ شَيءٌ مِمّا قُلْتَهُ، وَأنتَ تَختَرِعُ هَذِهِ الأشياءَ مِنْ نَفسِكَ.»

Then I sent word to him, saying, “No such things as you say have been done. You are making them up in your own mind.”
