ﻧﺤﻤﻴﺎ 3:26 ~ Nehemiah 3:26

و َخُدّامُ الهَيكَلِ الَّذِينَ يَسكُنُونَ تَلَّةَ عُوفَلَ، رَمَّمُوا إلَى مُقابِلِ بابِ الماءِ شَرْقاً، وَإلَى البُرجِ البارِزِ مِنَ القَصْرِ.

And the Nethinims were in Ophel, unto the place over against the water gate toward the east and the tower that lies out.
