ﻧﺤﻤﻴﺎ 2:7 ~ Nehemiah 2:7

ث ُمَّ قُلْتُ لِلمَلِكِ: «إنْ شِئْتَ فَأصْدِرْ أمْراً بِأنْ تُعطَى لِي رَسائِلُ إلَى وُلاةِ المَناطِقِ الواقِعَةِ غَرْبَ نَهْرِ الفُراتِ، لِكَي يَأْذَنُوا لِي بِالعُبُورِ حَتَّى أصِلَ إلَى يَهُوذا.

Moreover I said unto the king, If it please the king, let letters be given me to the governors beyond the River, that they may let me pass through till I come unto Judah;
