و َباتَ تُجّارُ البَضائِعِ المُختَلِفَةِ مَرَّةً أوْ مَرَّتَينِ لَيلَتَهُمْ خارِجَ القُدْسِ.

So the merchants and sellers of all kinds of wares camped outside of Jerusalem once or twice.
