و َكانَ يُوئِيلُ بنُ زِكْرِي رَئِيسَهُمْ عَنْهُمْ. وَكانَ يَهُوذا بنُ هَسْنُوءَةَ مَسْؤُولاً عَنْ القِسْمِ الثّانِي مِنَ المَدينَةِ

And Joel, the son of Zichri, was their overseer; and Judah, the son of Senuah, was second over the city.
