ﻋﺰﺭﺍ 2:63 ~ Ezra 2:63

و َأمَرَهُمِ الوالِي بِأنْ لا يَأكُلُوا مِنْ أطعِمَةِ قُدسِ الأقداسِ إلَى أن يَظهَرَ كاهِنٌ يَستَطِيعُ أن يَسألَ اللهَ بِواسِطَةِ الأُورِيمِ وَالتُّمِّيمِ فِي أمرِهِمْ.

And the governor said unto them, that they should not eat of the most holy things, till there stood up a priest with Urim and with Thummim.
