ﻋﺰﺭﺍ 10:5 ~ Ezra 10:5

ف َنَهَضَ عَزْرا وَحَلَّفَ الكَهَنَةَ وَاللّاوِيِّينَ وَكُلَّ بَنِي إسْرائِيلَ أن يَفعَلُوا حَسَبَ كَلامَ شَكَنْيا، فَحَلَفُوا لَهُ.

So Ezra got up and made the head religious leaders, the Levites and all Israel promise that they would do as he had said, and they promised.
