ﻋﺰﺭﺍ 1:4 ~ Ezra 1:4

أ مّا المُقِيمُونَ مِنْ غَيرِ اليَهُودِ فِي المَناطِقِ الَّتِي يَسكُنها النّاجُونَ اليَهُودُ، فَعَلَيهِمْ أنْ يُساعِدُوهُمْ بِالفِضَّةِ وَالذَّهَبِ وَالمُؤَنِ وَالبَهائِمِ. فَضلاً عَنْ ما يَتَبَرَّعُونَ بِهِ لِبَيتِ اللهِ الَّذِي فِي القُدْسِ.»

Whoever is left, in any place where he lives, let the men of his place help him with silver, with gold, with goods, and with animals, besides the freewill offering for God’s house which is in Jerusalem.’”
