و َمُنذُ ذَلِكَ الوَقتِ إلَى يَومِنا هَذا، مازالَ أدُومُ مُتَمَرِّداً عَلَى يَهُوذا. فَشَجَّعَ هَذا أهلَ مَدِينَةِ لِبْنَةَ عَلَى التَّمَرُّدِ عَلَى يَهُورامَ، لِأنَّهُ تَرَكَ اللهَ ، إلَهَ آبائِهِ.

So Edom revolted from the rule of Judah to this day. Then Libnah also revolted from Jehoram’s rule, because he had forsaken the Lord, the God of his fathers.
