و َقَدْ جَلَبَ شِيشَقُ مَعَهُ ألفاً وَمِئَتَي مَركَبَةٍ، وَسِتِّينَ ألفَ فارِسٍ، وَجَيشاً لا يُحصَى. وَانْضَمَّ إلَيهِ فِي جَيْشِهِ الكَبِيرِ لِيبِيُّونَ وَسُكِّيُّونَ وَحَبَشِيُّونَ.
