ﺃﺧﺒﺎﺭ ﺍﻷﻳﺎﻡ ﺍﻷ 9:22 ~ 1 Chronicles 9:22

ف َكانَ عَدَدُ الَّذِينَ اختِيرُوا لِيَكُونُوا بَوّابِينَ عِنْدَ العَتَباتِ مِئَتَينِ وَاثْنَي عَشَرَ، وَسُجِّلُوا وَفْقَ سِجِلِّ أنسابِهِمْ فِي قُراهُمْ. وَقَدْ عَيَّنَهُمْ داوُدُ وَصَمُوئِيلُ الرّائِي في هذا العَمَلِ لِأنَّهُمْ كانُوا جَدِيرِينَ بِالثِّقَةِ.

All these chosen to be doorkeepers at the thresholds were two hundred and twelve. These were registered by genealogy according to their villages: David and Samuel the seer had instituted them in their trust.
