و َبالَعُ بْنُ عَزازَ بْنِ شامِعَ بْنِ يُوئِيلَ. وَسَكَنَتْ قَبِيلَةُ رَأُوبَيْنَ فِي عَرُوعِيرَ إلَى نَبُو وَبَعلِ مَعُونَ.

and Bela the son of Azaz, the son of Shema, the son of Joel, who lived in Aroer as far as Nebo and Baal-meon.
