و َبَنَى داوُدُ المَدِينَةَ مِنْ كُلِّ جَوانِبِها، مِنَ مِلُّو فَما حَولَها. وَرَمَّمَ يُوآبُ بَقِيَّةَ المَدِينَةِ.

He built the city all around, from the Millo even to the surrounding area; and Joab repaired the rest of the city.
