و َكانَ أبِيشايُ أشْهَرَ مِنَ الأبطالِ الثَّلاثةِ. وَصارَ قائِداً عَلَيهِمْ، مَعَ أنَّهُ لَمْ يَكُنْ واحِداً مِنْهُمْ.

Of the three he was more honourable than the two, and he was their captain; but he did not attain to the three.
