و َذاتَ مَرَّةٍ، زَحَفَ رُؤَساءُ الفِرَقِ الثُّلاثِيَّةِ طُولَ الطَّرِيقِ إلَى داوُدَ فِي المَلْجَأِ، فِي كَهْفِ عَدُلّامَ، بَينَما كانَ الفِلِسْطِيُّونَ يُعَسْكِرُونَ فِي وادِي رَفايِيمَ.
