ﺍﻟﻤﻠﻮﻙ ﺍﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ 8:5 ~ 2 Kings 8:5

ف َراحَ جِيحَزِي يَقُصُّ عَلَى المَلِكِ كَيفَ أنَّ ألِيشَعَ أعادَ شَخْصاً إلَى الحَياةِ. وَفِي هَذِهِ الأثناءِ جاءَتْ إلَى المَلِكِ المَرأةُ الَّتِي أعادَ ألِيشَعُ ابْنَها إلَى الحَياةِ. وَتَوَسَّلَتْ إلَيهِ أنْ يُساعدَها فِي اسْتِعادَةِ بَيتِها وَأرْضِها. فَقالَ جِيجَزِي: «يا مَولايَ وَمَلِكِي، هَذِهِ هِيَ المَرأةُ، وَهَذا هُوَ ابْنُها الَّذِي أعادَهُ ألِيشَعُ إلَى الحَياةِ!»

As he was telling the king how he had restored to life him who was dead, behold, the woman, whose son he had restored to life, begged the king for her house and for her land. Gehazi said, “My lord, O king, this is the woman, and this is her son, whom Elisha restored to life.”
