و َفَعَلَ يَرُبْعامُ الشَّرَّ أمامَ اللهِ. وَلَمْ يَتَوَقَّفْ عَنِ السَّيرِ فِي طَرِيقِ يَرُبْعامَ بْنِ نَباطَ، الَّذِي جَعَلَ بَنِي إسْرائِيلَ يُخطِئُونَ.

He did evil in the sight of the Lord; he did not depart from all the sins of Jeroboam son of Nebat, with which he made Israel to sin.
