ف َظَلَّلَتْ أجْنِحَةُ المَلاكَينِ الكَرُوبَينِ الصُّنْدُوقَ، فَصارَ الكَروبانِ كَغِطاءٍ للصُّندُوقِ وَللقَضِيبَينِ اللَّذَينِ يُحمَلُ بِهِما.

For the cherubim had their wings extended over the place of the ark, and the cherubim covered the ark and its staves from above.
