ﺍﻟﻤﻠﻮﻙ ﺍﻷﻭ 5:3 ~ 1 Kings 5:3

« أنتَ تَذكُرُ أنَّ أبِي، المَلِكَ داوُدَ، انشَغَلَ بِحُرُوبٍ كَثِيرَةٍ عَلَى كُلِّ الحُدُودِ المُحِيطَةِ بِمَملَكَتِهِ. فَلَمْ يَتَمَكَّنْ مِنْ بِناءِ هَيكَلٍ إكراماً لاسْمِ إلَهِهِ. فَكانَ يَنتَظِرُ إلَى أنْ يَضَعَ اللهُ أعداءَهُ تَحْتَ قَدَمَيْهِ.

“You know that my father David was not able to build a house for the name of the Lord his God because of the wars all around him. The Lord had not yet put those who hated him under his feet.
