ل َكِنِّي انشَغَلْتُ بِأُمُورٍ كَثِيرَةٍ، فَاسْتَغَلَّ الأسِيرُ الفُرْصَةَ وَهَرَبَ.» فَأجابَهُ المَلِكُ: «أنْتَ أدَنْتَ نَفسَكَ. فَأنتَ تَعرِفُ الجَوابَ. وَتَعرِفُ أنَّ عَلَيكَ أنْ تَدفَعَ الغَرامَةَ.»
