و َلا تَتْرُكِ الجُيُوشَ تَحْتَ إمْرَةِ المُلُوكِ الاثْنَينِ وَالثَلاثِينَ، بَلْ ضَعْهُمْ تَحْتَ إمْرَةِ ضُبَّاطِكَ.
