ف َأجابَ شَمْعَى: «هَذا حَسَنٌ يا مَولايَ وَمَلِكِي. سَأفعَلُ كَما تَقُولُ.» فَسَكَنَ شَمْعَى فِي القُدسِ مُدَّةً طَوِيلَةً.

And Shimei said to the king, The saying is good: as my lord the king has said, so will thy servant do. And Shimei dwelt in Jerusalem many days.
