ف َاسْتَقَرَّ بَنُو إسْرائِيلَ فِي أرْضِ جاسانَ مِنْ بِلادِ مِصْرَ، وَاقتَنُوا مُمتَلَكاتٍ هُناكَ. وَأنجَبُوا أبْناءً كَثِيرِينَ، فَصارَ عَدَدُهُمْ كَبِيراً جِدّاً.

So Israel dwelt in the land of Egypt, in the country of Goshen; and they had possessions there and grew and multiplied exceedingly.
