ف َقالَ إسْرائِيلُ لَهُمُ: «إنْ كانَ لا بُدَّ أنْ يَكُونَ الأمْرُ كَذَلِكَ، فافْعَلُوا ما يَلِي: خُذُوا بَعضاً مِنْ أفضَلِ نِتاجِ الأرْضِ فِي أكياسِكُمْ، وَانزِلُوا بِها إلَى الرَّجُلِ هَدِيَّةً. خُذُوا بَعضَ البَلْسَمِ وَبَعْضَ العَسَلِ وَصَمْغِ القَتادِ وَالمُرِّ وَالفَسْتُقِ وَاللَّوْزِ.
