ف َمَضَتِ الهَدِيَّةُ أمامَ يَعقُوبَ. أمّا يَعْقُوبُ فَأمضَى تِلْكَ اللَّيلَةَ فِي المُخَيَّمِ.

So the present went over before him, and he lodged that night in the company.
