و َكانَ نَهْرٌ يَجْرِي عَبْرَ عَدَنٍ لِيَسْقِيَ الحَدِيقَةَ. وَكانَ النَّهْرُ يَنْقَسِمُ إلَى أرْبَعَةِ فُرُوعٍ.

And a river went out of Eden, to water the garden; and from thence it was parted, and became four main streams.
