ف َأخَذَ أبْرامُ كُلَّ هَذِهِ، وَشَقَّها مِنَ الوَسَطِ. ثُمَّ وَضَعَ كُلَّ نِصْفٍ مُقابِلَ الآخَرِ. لَكِنْ لَمْ يَشُقَّ الطَّيرَينِ.

He brought him all these, and divided them in the middle, and laid each half opposite the other; but he didn’t divide the birds.
